All services are subject to a formal project agreement, scope of work, and payment schedule agreed upon between both parties prior to production.
All quotations provided are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on the project brief provided at the time of quotation. Any changes to the brief, materials, scale, or scope following quotation approval may result in revised pricing. Final pricing is confirmed in writing prior to production commencement.
Production of any custom sculpture or installation begins only after formal written approval from the client. This approval confirms that the client has reviewed and accepted the proposed design, materials, dimensions, and finish. Any changes requested after formal approval has been given may incur additional costs and timeline adjustments.
Payment terms are outlined in the individual project agreement. Typically, an initial deposit is required to confirm the project and commence design work, with staged payments tied to project milestones. Final payment is due upon completion and prior to delivery or installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We manage delivery and on-site installation as part of our service. Delivery timelines are estimates based on production schedules and are communicated clearly at the outset of each project. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control including site access issues, third-party contractor delays, or force majeure events.
Amendments to an approved project scope must be submitted in writing and are subject to review and revised pricing. Cancellations made after production has commenced may result in forfeiture of the deposit and any costs already incurred. Cancellations prior to production commencement will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
All designs, renders, visualizations, and creative concepts produced by our team remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the physical piece. Design files and 3D models remain the property of our company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We are committed to delivering work that meets the approved specification. In the event of a manufacturing defect or installation error attributable to our team, we will rectify the issue at no additional cost. Our liability is limited to the value of the project and does not extend to indirect or consequential losses.
